Alyssa graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and went on to receive a Master of Taxation Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Alyssa is a CPA licensed in the state of Florida. Her areas of emphasis are in corporate taxation, tax research and cross-border taxation. She earned her Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA and focuses on taxation and financial planning of high net worth individuals.

She is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the State of Florida passing the Series 65 – Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination in 2018.

Alyssa is also a past Chair of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) Atlantic Chapter and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
