The firm of Walton & Company Certified Public Accountants was founded in Boca Raton, Florida in 1985. The firms founding principal Keith Walton began practicing as a CPA in Florida in 1977.  In March 2017 Matthew L. Rahal was promoted to Partner the name of the firm has been changed to Walton Rahal Certified Public Accountants. Currently there are five CPAs in the firm with a total staff of ten people.

Our major emphasis is on closely-held businesses and the tax, financial and planning needs of those businesses. We also address the tax and financial needs of the business owners with a special emphasis being placed on high income, high net worth individuals. Additionally, we address the tax and financial needs of estates and trusts including employee benefit plans and private foundations.

Over the years we have gained expertise and reputation in small business accounting and bookkeeping systems. We are registered as Intuit QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisors and we are anxious to share this knowledge with our clients.
