Francine received her Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford.  Her Bachelor's Degree is from Temple University in mathematics secondary education.  Fran has been with Walton Rahal CPAs since November 2012.  She is a CPA licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Fran is president of her condominium association and works as a volunteer with the Animal Rescue Force of South Florida.
